Refik Anadol (Istanbul, 1985) is internationally recognized for his impactful works and live performances at the intersection of art, science, and technology.

Refik Anadol's work is defined by his exploration of the intersection between the physical and digital worlds, transforming vast datasets into dynamic visualizations and 3D environments.

A pioneer in the use of artificial intelligence in public art, Anadol has collaborated with Google, Microsoft, NVIDIA, NASA, Intel, IBM, Siemens, Epson, UCLA, Harvard, and Stanford.

In addition to Casa Batlló, Anadol has created his celebrated data-driven visual sculptures for La Biennale di Venezia, MoMA, Centre Pompidou, and Art Basel.

With a striking mapping followed by over 100,000 people across two editions, Anadol redefined the concept of public art. Auctioned at Christie’s in NFT format for 1.38 million euros, "Living Architecture: Casa Batlló" raised the bar for mappings to a new level.
